Job Description

The COO- Technology Products is a senior executive responsible for leading product implementation, support, and delivery across multiple industry domains — Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, High-Tech Software, and High-Tech Manufacturing. The role spans Genpact’s own software and IP (including orchestration and workflow platforms), third-party enterprise products (ServiceNow, Salesforce, HighRadius, Blackline, Zelix), and RPA delivery. This leader brings a strong technical foundation to solution and lead multi-tower opportunities, ensuring products integrate seamlessly into each client’s technology landscape. The ideal candidate is a decisive, aggressive communicator who can hold their ground with senior stakeholders and maintain a clear point of view regardless of audience.

 

Responsibilities-

• Strategically define and execute the roadmap to scale the technology products business, serving as the P&L owner for Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, High-Tech Software, and High-Tech Manufacturing — ensuring a consistent, high-quality product delivery model across all verticals.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and service delivery for key ERP and functional platforms, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, HighRadius, Blackline, and Zelix — as well as Genpact-owned IP including orchestration and workflow platforms. Lead a team delivering RPA solutions, ensuring automation capabilities are seamlessly integrated into multi-tower client engagements.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies within operations, bringing strong executive presence and strategic foresight.
• Leverage a strong technical background to lead solutioning for complex, multi-tower opportunities — assessing how products fit into and integrate with each client’s existing technology landscape, and providing authoritative technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle.
• Oversee multiple complex programs, ensuring first-time-right delivery, project salvage when necessary, and seamless stakeholder management in high-intensity client environments.
• Build and nurture CXO-level relationships, driving client engagement and business expansion through consultative delivery excellence.
• Lead operational transformation initiatives aimed at reducing cost, improving efficiency, and elevating service quality.
• Contribute actively to the overall tech strategy, helping shape the company’s long-term technology and delivery roadmap.
• Navigate and collaborate across a highly matrixed environment, effectively partnering with cross-functional global teams.
• Build and scale the tech delivery practice from the ground up — with a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and readiness to roll up sleeves when required.
• Manage team utilization, capacity planning, and bench strength to drive sustainable growth while meeting profitability targets.
• Actively coach, mentor, and develop top talent within the technology products space, fostering engagement and capability-building.
• Establish trusted relationships across the organization, influence decision-making, and align diverse global stakeholders toward common objectives.
• Looking for a technically-grounded executive leader with the executive presence and communication style to challenge senior stakeholders assertively, push back with confidence, and hold a clear position regardless of audience or seniority level.
