As the technology leader for you will lead the tech charter, which is a key lending entitiy for the success and growth of Dreamplug entities. one of our lending verticals: owning architecture, execution, reliability, and innovation across the full credit lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for translating regulatory, credit risk, and customer needs into scalable systems that enable speed, safety, and impact. 

• Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap aligned with product, risk, collections, and regulatory priorities. 
• Build a high-bar engineering culture across platform, backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, QA, and data. 
• Enable experimentation, automation, and intelligence across the lending lifecycle — from onboarding to collections. 
• Drive engineering velocity while maintaining uptime, security, and compliance standards. 
  Be the tech face in Board, Audit, and Risk discussions — translating complexity into business impact.
  

you should apply if you have ? 

• Proven experience leading engineering in a fast-moving fintech/ product orgs 
• Strong command over distributed systems, cloud infra (preferably AWS), and platform thinking. 
• Built and led multi-disciplinary teams (infra, backend, UI, QA, data, security). 
• Comfort with India’s regulatory ecosystem (RBI, data security, KYC, bureau norms). 
• Bias for speed, safety, and strong engineering judgment across ambiguous domains. 
• Ability to influence product, credit, and compliance strategy through tech. Good to have 
• Experience scaling personal loan,Cards, BNPL, or SME credit platforms. 
• Exposure to AI/ML in risk, collections, or operational intelligence. 
• Familiarity with secure development lifecycle (SDL) and vendor/infra risk management. 
• Hands-on track record in zero-to-one or one-to-scale product environments.
