We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled technologist with a strong background in Java, Python, Node.js, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Golang, capable of driving end-to-end product development while fostering innovation and scalability. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, architectural excellence, and deep technical expertise to ensure that our technology roadmap aligns seamlessly with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute the company’s overall technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive innovation, scalability, and security across all platforms and applications.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement.

2. Product Architecture & Development

• Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of robust, high-performance software systems.
• Lead full-stack development using Java, Python, Node.js, ReactJS, Golang, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Design microservices-based systems and ensure seamless API integrations and cloud deployments.
• Maintain coding standards, best practices, and documentation for scalable and maintainable software.

3. Technical Mentorship & Team Building

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team with a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Conduct regular code reviews, performance assessments, and technical training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

4. Infrastructure, Security & Performance

• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and scalability through efficient DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Implement robust data management, monitoring, and security practices.
• Optimize backend and frontend performance for enhanced user experience.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with founders and senior leadership to define product roadmaps and technology investments.
• Communicate technical vision and progress to non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate and manage third-party tools, cloud services, and vendor partnerships.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–8 years of experience in software engineering with proven leadership or managerial exposure.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, Golang, ReactJS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
