As an Associate (Associate) in APAC Risk Business Management, you will help leaders deliver strategic priorities through strong governance, communication, and disciplined execution. You’ll translate executive asks into structured plans, high-quality materials, and actionable insights. You’ll also improve how the team operates by automating reporting and enhancing management information. You’ll work independently and with teammates across geographies on regional and global initiatives.

Job responsibilities

• Provide high responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand priorities, align on requirements, and drive next steps
• Project-manage and deliver key workstreams and tasks
• Design and develop automated management information solutions and interactive dashboards to enhance insight generation and management transparency
• Leverage AI, large language models (LLMs), advanced analytics, and automation to improve workflow efficiency, forecasting, decision support, and management information quality
• Synthesize and organize complex information into clear, strategic narratives, demonstrating strong design acumen and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Create wireframes and mockups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Identify key business risks on the platform and drive the implementation of mitigating controls
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables; drive action plans and deliverables through issue resolution
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
• Partner with team members and global managers on collaborative initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field, with minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Management or COO function/role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and prioritization abilities
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for diverse projects and stakeholder groups; strong attention to detail and consistent focus on execution excellence
• Ability to articulate clear, thoughtful rationale for decisions and recommendations
• Familiarity with AI and large language models (LLMs), and the ability to apply them to business management, workflow optimization, and decision support
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., PivotTables), and familiarity with Copilot
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
