  of ITIL framework, SLA/KPI tracking, and service governance
  practices.
  

Good
to Have Skills :

Experience
with cloud platforms, cybersecurity operations, or infrastructure
management tools.

• ITIL/Foundation
  or Service Management certifications.
  

• Exposure
  to automation, reporting dashboards, and continuous service
  improvement initiatives.
  

Roles
and Responsibilities:

Manage
end -to -end CIS service delivery operations while ensuring SLA
compliance and high customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate
  with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve incidents,
  drive problem management, and improve service quality.
  

• Prepare
  service reports, monitor KPIs, conduct review meetings, and
  implement continuous improvement plans for operational
  efficiency.
