Citrix Engineer

Chi Networks is seeking an L2 Citrix Engineer to support and manage Citrix-based environments for enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who has hands-on experience with Citrix administration and is comfortable working in a 24×7 managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2-level support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp / XenDesktop) environments
  

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Citrix performance, access, and availability
  

• Handle tickets escalated from L1 teams and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs
  

• Perform routine administration, maintenance, and health checks of Citrix infrastructure
  

• Assist with patching, upgrades, and configuration changes
  

• Coordinate with internal teams (Network, Windows, Storage) for issue resolution
  

• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports
  

• Participate in shift rotations supporting 24×7×365 operations
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Citrix administration / support
  

• Strong knowledge of:
  

• Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
  

• Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and License Servers
  

• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
  

• Active Directory, Group Policy, basic networking concepts
  

• Experience working in an ITIL / ticket-driven environment
  

• Ability to troubleshoot performance and user access issues
  

• Citrix certification (CCA / CCP) is a plus
