City Sales Manager

• Drive city-level admissions, sales, revenue, and operational targets.
  
  


• Monitor admissions, conversions, revenue, and overall city performance.
  
  


• Ensure quality delivery of coaching sessions based on individual requirements.
  
  


• Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of coaches.
  
  


• Plan and coordinate sports events, workshops, competitions, and outreach activities.
  
  


• Build relationships with parents, schools, corporates, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
  
  


• Identify new partnership and city expansion opportunities.
  
  


• Coordinate with Sales, HR, Operations, and Management teams for smooth execution.
  
  


• Manage academy operations along with scheduled at-home coaching sessions.
  
  


• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
  
  


• Ensure adherence to operational processes, company policies, and quality standards.
  
  


• Visit allocated academy locations during scheduled weekend sessions.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Academy Operations, or Operations Management.
  
  


• Strong sales background with experience in achieving targets preferred.
  
  


• Experience in sports, sports academies, education, or service-based organizations is an added advantage.
  
  


• Candidates currently working at Executive level with strong sales and operations knowledge can apply.
  
  


• Good understanding of sales targets, admissions, customer handling, team coordination, and day-to-day operations.
  
  


• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  
  


• Ability to manage coaches and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  
  


• Comfortable working on weekends and visiting allocated academy locations.
