The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and management of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and other public works. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Design and Planning: Develop and prepare detailed designs, specifications, and construction documents for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
Site Assessments: Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather data on soil, topography, and existing conditions for project planning and design.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to coordinate design efforts and resolve technical issues.
Quality Control: Review project deliverables for accuracy and compliance with engineering standards, and conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all engineering practices adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in infrastructure projects.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
