Job Title: Civil Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and execute construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in civil engineering principles, project execution, site management, and compliance with relevant codes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee construction projects from design to completion.
  

• Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, and cost estimates.
  

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
  

• Monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
  

• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and laborers at the site.
  

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
  

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and local building codes.
  

• Conduct quality checks, material inspections, and testing procedures.
  

• Maintain project documentation, including reports, daily logs, and compliance records.
  

• Resolve on-site technical challenges and provide practical solutions.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
  

• M.E. / M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering (preferred for senior roles).
  

• Licensed/Certified Civil Engineer (if applicable in region).
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural design, and project execution.
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, MS Project, or similar civil engineering software.
  

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  

• Effective verbal and written communication.
  

• Familiarity with safety, labor, and environmental regulations.
