Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in costing, billing, estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management. The candidate should have strong knowledge of project costing, vendor billing verification, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs


• Verify contractor/vendor bills and measurements


• Monitor project costs and support budget control


• Perform rate analysis and cost comparisons


• Assist in tendering and contract management


• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams


• Prepare MIS reports and billing updates

Required Skills

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering


• Knowledge of costing, estimation, billing, and contracts


• Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying


• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD


• Strong analytical and coordination skills

Preferred Experience

• Real estate, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects


• Exposure to Technical Due Diligence & Project Monitoring
