Roles & Responsibilities:

1.         Execute RCC & Finishing Work with precision and attention to detail

2.       Ensure rigorous Quality Control measures are implemented throughout the project.

3.       Manage Work Progress effectively, ensuring timelines are met.

4.       Conduct thorough Drawings Study for accurate project implementation.

5.       Actively participate in and contribute to project meetings.

6.       Engage in constructive discussions on Work Progress with Contractors, RCC, MEP, and Architect Consultants for drawing and execution cycle of the project

7.       Oversee Billing Work to maintain transparency and accuracy.

8.       Candidate should be well versed in AutoCAD , Power point and excel. Knowledge of MSP will be an added advantage
9.Experience in Luxury High-Rise Residential Projects will be an added advantage
