The candidate will evaluate drawings, specifications, quantities, labor, material, and equipment costs to support tendering, budgeting, and project execution activities.

• Strong knowledge of civil estimation, costing, and quantity surveying
  
• Experience in budget control and project financial management
  
• Good analytical and reporting skills

• Strong coordination and communication abilities
