Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in construction project or site management.
Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, execution, and billing.
Experience in BBS preparation, quantity estimation, and documentation.
Familiarity with ISO standards, DPRs, TBMs, and safety regulations.
Strong team management, labour management, and client management skills.
Good communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel between sites and work flexibly as required.
