Job Description - Civil Project Head - Metro Station Interiors Development

Execution of structure and finishing work including RCC, Reinforcement work, shuttering, brickwork, block work, plaster & layouts, Interior work including Flooring-Tiles, Marble, Italian, Carpet & Vinyl, Ceiling-POP, Gypsum & Metal, Aluminium & GI Partitions, Metal & Flush doors, Glazing partition, Wall paneling for HPL & Laminate work etc.

Communication & coordination with Architects, Structure consultants, All services teams, and interior Consultants.

Validating contractor’s Bills and quantity in accordance with BOQ & on-site execution work.

Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule & calculation of the structural Reinforcement.

Appraising the management about issues and challenges observed during execution of projects.

Study of framing plan, reinforcement schedules, layout plans ,wall finishes plan, flooring plan, ceiling plan executing as per drawing on site.

Preparing DPR & DLR, Handling of manpower to help in progress of project.

Verifying of framing work, reinforcement schedules, layout, wall finishes, flooring, ceiling executing as per drawing on site.

Checking of Brickwork, Plaster, POP, Door frame, Door shutter, elevation,Glazing partition, Gypsum ceiling, Metal Ceiling, UPVC doors measurement and fixing, Kitchen & Toilet accessories, Wooden flooring and Trimix.

Execution of structure work and finishing work like steel work shuttering work, and brickwork. Communicate with Architect Dept. Consultant of Structure Designers.

Checking of Bills and quantity. Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule & calculation the structural Reinforcement. Apprising the management about issues or problems observed at different sites of the company. Study of framing plan, reinforcement schedule of beam, column layout plan and schedule, slab reinforcement schedule and execute as per drawing on site. Handling of manpower to help in progress of project. Making of DPR & DLR. Checking of steel(raft ,wall ,column ,beam, slab) as per drawing. Checking of column layout ,shuttering layout, brick layout , block layout Checking of plaster,door frame, and trimix Team leader in possession team.

Preparation of estimated quantities, Preparing and verifying the works executed at the site by contractors, Preparing and verifying the reconciliation sheet of material under free issue by the client, verifying actual measurement as site with RA bills.
