Civil Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Manager to join our growing team at SI Homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality construction, timely project execution, and proper coordination with engineers, labourers, and contractors.

·         Strong leadership and site management skills

·         Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings

·         Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials

·         Site execution – structural, masonry, plastering, and finishing works

·         Manpower and material planning

·         Daily work progress reporting and update management.

·         Problem -solving and decision -making on -site

·         Coordination with vendors, contractors, and engineers

·         Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)

·         Working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)

·         Familiarity with safety and quality control standards

Requirements

• Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  
• Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in site supervision and management
  
• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, and interior works
  
• Ability to read & execute project drawings and BOQ
  
• Good communication and team handling skills
  
• Knowledge of safety norms, material planning, and quality standards
