Civil Supervisor - (Statcom _Krishnagir )

•  Execute civil works including site grading, excavation, foundations, PCC/RCC works, equipment foundations,
  transformer foundations, control building, cable trenches, retaining walls, roads, drainage systems, fencing,
  and paving works.
  
•  Supervise contractors and monitor daily progress to ensure work is completed as per approved construction.

  Verify setting out, levels, dimensions, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete quality, and finishing before and
  during execution.
  
• 
  Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for inspections, material approvals, concrete testing, and work
  acceptance.
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and safe construction practices.
  
• 
  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting completed work, pending activities, and
  site issues.
  
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure civil works are completed before equipment
  installation and commissioning.
  
  
• Participate in client, consultant, and internal project review meetings, providing updates on civil execution
  status.
  
• Prepare snag lists, ensure timely rectification of deficiencies, and complete punch-point closure before
  project handover.
  
• 
  Review construction drawings and raise RFIs (Requests for Information) for design discrepancies or site
  constraints.
  
  
• 
  Monitor material consumption and coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.
  
• 
  Measure executed quantities and verify contractor bills as per actual work completed.
  
  
• Maintain as-built records, site documentation, inspection reports, and handover dossiers for final project
  completion
  

Requirements

• Experience: 6 to 8 Years
  
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineer. with minimum 5 Year Experience.
