| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1.Lead workforce planning initiatives in alignment with business requirements. 2.Build and refine data-driven forecasting models to support accurate staffing decisions across UK telecom operations 3.Leverage historical data, business trends, and external variables to predict future call volumes and staffing needs 4.Work closely with capacity planning teams to convert forecasts into actionable headcount requirements 5.Collaborate with operations and business leaders to provide insights for optimizing workforce planning strategies 6.Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual volumes to improve model accuracy 7.Utilize machine learning/statistical algorithms for long-term and short-term forecasting 8.Present insights and forecast updates to internal stakeholders and UK-based client teams 9.Support the transformation of traditional WFM practices into more data science-driven approaches 10.Ensure adherence to key performance metrics, SLAs, and forecasting accuracy targets 11.Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to ensure optimal resource utilization. 12.Design and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive business expansion. 13.Partner with stakeholders across BPO, Healthcare, Retail, and BFSI sectors to deliver impactful solutions. 14.Ensure operational excellence by driving process improvements and adopting best practices. |
