| Must Have Skills : | 1.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management, specifically in Capacity Planning and Forecasting 2.Proven experience working with UK clients (preferably telecom sector) 3.Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in Excel, WFM tools (e.g., IEX, Aspect, Verint, or similar) 4.Ability to build accurate short-term and long-term forecasts based on historical data and business trends 5.Solid understanding of headcount planning, shrinkage calculations, and interval-level staffing models 6.Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and leadership teams 7.Proficiency in generating performance dashboards and WFM reports |
