| Good Have Skills : | Insurance certifications such as AIC, AINS, Cert CII, or similar recognized credentials |
| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1.Manage end-to-end liability claims including intake, coverage review, liability assessment, negotiation, and settlement 2.Handle complex claims involving employee professional liability, public liability, and bodily injury resulting from accidents 3.Investigate incidents, gather and evaluate supporting documentation, and assess damages 4.Interact with clients, insureds, brokers, legal teams, and third-party administrators 5.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, SLA requirements, and internal quality benchmarks 5.Prepare claim reports and documentation for internal and external review 6.Support litigation, subrogation, or arbitration activities when necessary 7.Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices |
