| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1. Handle motor/auto insurance claims as per defined processes 2. Review and validate claim documents for accuracy and completeness 3. Coordinate with internal teams, adjusters, and external stakeholders 4. Ensure timely processing and resolution of claims 5. Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines 6. Maintain accurate documentation and claim records 7. Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required |
