We are currently building a premium concierge and lifestyle management function designed to enhance the overall client experience for our high -value clients and internal stakeholders.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly polished, proactive, and service -oriented Client Concierge to help build and operationalise Guardian Capital’s concierge offering from the ground up.
This role is ideal for professionals from luxury hospitality, premium client servicing, concierge services, executive assistance, or lifestyle management backgrounds who thrive in high -touch service environments and enjoy creating exceptional client experiences.
The role requires strong ownership, execution ability, discretion, and a deep commitment to delivering seamless and personalised experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1: Concierge Service & Client Experience
- Manage and coordinate lifestyle and concierge requests for clients and internal stakeholders
- Deliver personalised, high -touch service experiences tailored to individual client preferences
- Handle requests related to:
- Travel bookings and itineraries
- Dining reservations
- Exclusive event access
- Healthcare appointments and referrals
- Gifting and special occasions
- Wellness and lifestyle services
- Ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and exceptional service quality at all touchpoints
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and relationship management
Pillar 2: Vendor & Partner Management
- Build and maintain a curated network of premium vendors and service partners
- Identify and onboard vendors across travel, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, gifting, and events
- Negotiate preferential rates, priority access, and exclusive benefits for clients
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain service quality standards
Pillar 3: Process & Operations
- Assist in building and structuring the concierge function and service workflows
- Develop SOPs, service processes, escalation protocols, and turnaround benchmarks
- Maintain accurate records of client requests, preferences, and service history
- Use CRM and workflow management tools to track requests and ensure smooth execution
- Continuously improve processes and client experience standards
Pillar 3: Collaboration & Scale -Up
- Work closely with leadership and relationship managers to support client onboarding into concierge services
- Contribute to positioning concierge services as a premium value -added offering
- Support the scale -up and operational development of the concierge vertical

Experience & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium client servicing, lifestyle management, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and workflow management tools
