Job Description - Client Delivery Manager


Client Delivery Manager (CDM) will serve as the primary liaison between ShellKode and client
stakeholders. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project execution and
ensuring client delivery meets contractual obligations, client satisfaction and retention. Key
responsibilities include project planning & execution, stakeholder management,
communication, problem -solving, and strategic account management.

As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
• Client Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact of ShellKode for assigned clients
o Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.
o Ensure client needs and expectations are met on all projects consistently
o Manage client stakeholders across departments ensuring engagement goals
alignment and success
• Program/Delivery Control & Oversight:
o Manage delivery teams to plan, execute, track & monitor projects
o Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of personnel,
tools, and budget.
o Control and ensure high quality of delivery and compliance with internal processes
o Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, within budget
o Ensure project deliverables meet client’s business objectives.
• Risk and Issue Management:
o Proactively and identify, assess and communicate risks / issues / dependencies on
projects throughout the project lifecycle
o Develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Communication:
o Provide proactive & consistent updates and reporting to clients and internal
stakeholders on project progress, risks, and performance.
o Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress and gather feedback
o Facilitate and coordinate periodic governance meetings between client and
Shellkode senior executives

JOB DESCRIPTION

Financial Management:
o Ensure project funding/invoicing is done on time
o Ensure projects are completed on or under budget
Growth:
o Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and retention in collaboration with
account management and sales teams
o Identify opportunities for service improvement, business growth, upsell or cross -sell
within assigned client accounts
What you will need to have
• Software Services Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years
• Relevant Experience:
o Minimum 2 years’ Project/Program/Delivery Management experience of Data
Engineering or AI/ML / Gen AI or Cloud Engineering projects
o Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing client relationships
• Delivery Management:
o Proven experience in planning, execution, tracking, monitoring, reporting and
budgetary control for a portfolio of projects.
o Proven experience in metrics driven delivery/project management
o Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
o Demonstrated problem -solving abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of at least two of the following – Data
Engineering, Gen AI, AI/ML Cloud Engineering
Leadership:
o Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
o Ability to lead in a fast -paced environment under pressure
o Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and internal teams to find acceptable
solutions
• Communication:
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear
communication with diverse stakeholders
o Proven experience in driving internal, client and executive governance reviews
• Strategic Thinking: Partner with account management in creating long -term goals for
allocated accounts and and align organizational objectives for effective partnership with
clients.
