Client Facilitator

Summary of Job Role :

Assisting our Account Managers in building valued and commercially sustainable relationships with the current client base.

Working with Account managers to put forward suitable candidates matching vacancy requirement. 

To book health care professionals for appropriate vacancies within our partnered NHS Clients, advertising &     promoting vacant shifts to our internal colleagues.

To ensure all information is accurate, error free and recorded in a timely fashion on the relevant database.

To run and provide such reports/updates as maybe required to support professional account management.

Partnering with UK account managers to support and develop clients and push new opportunities.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively & accurately book shifts on relevant platforms & over the phone using confirmed availability from our Health Care Professionals


• Monitoring and actioning terminations/name changes via internal systems


• Supporting Account Managers with Administrative Duties


• Ensure booking confirmations are recorded and distributed to all relevant parties


• Professionally answering and responding to inbound calls from our clients


• Advertising vacant opportunities to internal colleagues and promoting our partnered NHS client’s vacancies.


• Effective external client communications and internal communications to the highest professional standards; escalating any issues as required in a timely fashion enabling professional resolution.

Requirements : 

• Excellent English, written and verbal, communication skills are essential.


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.


• Previous experience using Candidate CRM is desirable.


• Previous experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader is desirable.
