Job Description

As a 'Client Relations Manager' you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

With a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign, you will play a critical role in gathering requirements, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and marketing teams, to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including use cases, process flows, and data models.

Project Management:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address any issues or concerns that arise during the project life cycle.

Solution Implementation:

  • Oversee the implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client Management/Business analysis/Project management.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content management, and marketing automation.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products and their implementation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and data integration.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Certifications:

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
