Client Service Manager

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

Job Requirement:

• Develops client service policies and procedures to ensure consistent client service and satisfaction.   


• Troubleshoots and resolves nonroutine client complaints.  


• Resolves major problems with orders, delivery dates or service. 


• Establishes goals and metrics for the client service function and measures the team’s performance.  


• Tracks client complaints or inquiries and recommends changes to improve client satisfaction.  


• May directly handle more complex inquiries or inquiries from critical clients.’ 


• Other duties as assigned

Education & Work Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
