Client Servicing Executive

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 350000 - Rs 550000 (ie INR 3.5-5.5 LPA)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day client interactions, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client meetings, calls, and internal discussions.
• Maintain and regularly update client trackers, project dashboards, and other documentation.
• Share project updates, reminders, trackers, and relevant documents with clients as required.
• Assist in preparing and organizing onboarding documentation for new clients.
• Keep client folders updated with contracts, proposals, invoices, and other essential records.
• Collaborate internally with writers, editors, designers, and technical teams to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Engage in lead conversion by reaching out to potential clients, preparing proposals, and sharing samples or credentials.
