India, Myntra and Jabong. There E -commerce clienteles consist the likes of Snapdeal,
Flipkart, Limeroad, Vista Print, Paytm, Indear.in, Prerto, Pretty Secrets and many more.
We now have 3 studios in Mumbai, Banglore & Delhi.

Job Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Qualification Required: Any graduate (BMM Background Preferred)
Working Days: 6 days working (Monday - Saturday)
Experience Required: 4 to 5 years
Probation: 3months

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail -oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage
brand communications, campaign execution, and client relationships across multiple
accounts. This role demands exceptional coordination skills, a service -first mindset, and
the ability to thrive in a fast -paced, multi -brand environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through clear,
professional verbal and written correspondence.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, fostering long -term relationships
built on trust and responsiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and strict adherence to deadlines across all
assignments.
• Allocate and distribute work to teams based on individual skill sets and project
timelines.
• Coordinate with cross -functional teams across multiple locations to translate
client requirements into actionable briefs.
• Oversee daily coordination across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and
strong client relationship management.
• Manage end -to -end campaign coordination between clients and internal
teams—from planning and creative development to final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure seamless execution of
deliverables and daily tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite for
documentation, reporting, and presentations.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, conduct quality checks, and deliver
error -free content across all client touchpoints.
• Demonstrate superior customer service and interpersonal skills in all client
interactions.
• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining composure
under pressure.
• Coordinate effectively with multiple teams and clients working across
different time zones including USA etc.
• Maintain documentation of work completed and prepare billing based on tasks
delivered—monthly or as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Prior experience in client servicing & coordination.
• Education background in BMM preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities.
