About the role: This is a full -time, on -site role as a Client Servicing Executive located in Bengaluru. As a Client Servicing
Executive at AdCrest, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships,
understanding their needs and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. The Client
Servicing Executive will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
â Develop and nurture strong, long -lasting client relationships by understanding their business
goals and objectives.
â Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
in a timely and professional manner.
â Collaborate with clients to gather campaign requirements, objectives, and preferences,
translating them into clear briefs for the creative and production teams.
â Work closely with internal teams such as creative, design, copywriting, and production, ensuring
that client expectations are met and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
â Present campaign proposals, strategies, and creative concepts to clients, incorporating feedback
and making necessary adjustments to align with their vision.
â Monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics and providing
regular updates to clients.
â Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross -selling additional services to existing
clients based on their evolving needs and industry trends.
â Stay up -to -date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to
provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.
â Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on
time and within budget constraints.
â Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, finding effective
solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
â Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting the impact and results
of their advertising campaigns.
â Participate in client presentations, industry events, and networking activities to enhance the
company's reputation and client base.
Requirements
Specification:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience: 0.6months - 2yrs Client service (Advertising agency experience is an added advantage)
Salary: Up to 4lpa

Qualification:
â Proven experience in client servicing or management of clients within the advertising,
marketing, or communications industry.
â Strong understanding of advertising principles, campaign development, and project
management.
