Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can effectively manage client communication, understand their requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of digital marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.


• Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations.


• Coordinate with Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Development teams.


• Follow up on deliverables, timelines, approvals, and client feedback.


• Prepare and share regular client updates and reports.


• Identify client concerns and ensure timely resolution.


• Participate in client meetings and calls.


• Maintain proper documentation of client requirements and communication.


• Support upselling and cross-selling of digital marketing services when relevant.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.


• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts.


• Basic knowledge of services offered by a Digital Marketing Agency, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC/Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Website Development.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.


• Agency experience will be preferred.


• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Delhi/NCR.
