HIRING | CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE

Interview Location: Mumbai – BKC

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing professional to manage client relationships, understand requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely & quality service delivery.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Handle client queries, feedback and escalations professionally

Follow up on requirements, projects and deliverables

Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and reports

Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities

Maintain client records and communication

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Recruitment & Marketing teams

Support payment/invoice follow-ups when required

Conduct client meetings and review discussions

Drive client satisfaction, retention and business growth

REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent verbal & written communication

Strong interpersonal & relationship-management skills

Good negotiation and convincing abilities

Strong follow-up & coordination skills

Customer-focused approach & problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Email

Strong presentation and reporting skills
