Job Description - Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Junior Client Service Representative to join our social media marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and supporting the execution of social media campaigns. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the field of social media marketing.

Responsibilities

Client Support

Assist in managing client communications and inquiries.

Help build and maintain positive client relationships.

Provide clients with regular updates on campaign status and deliverables.

Campaign Assistance

Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content.

Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies.

Monitor social media platforms for client mentions and engagement opportunities.

Issue Resolution

Address and resolve minor client issues or concerns with guidance from senior team members.

Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.

Reporting and Analytics

Assist in preparing reports on social media performance metrics.

Help analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for client campaigns.

Monitor social media trends and best practices.

Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Work closely with senior client service representatives to support client projects.

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Skills and Qualifications

Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Understanding of social media metrics and reporting.

Customer Service Skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.

Patience and empathy when dealing with clients.

Organizational Skills

Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Analytical Skills

Basic ability to interpret social media analytics.

Willingness to learn and develop data analysis skills.
