Client Success Manager – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Role Overview

The Client Success Manager (RCM) is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across assigned healthcare accounts. This role serves as the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless delivery of RCM services, proactive performance management, and long -term partnership value.

Client Relationship & Account Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned RCM clients and serve as a trusted advisor.
  

• Build and maintain long -term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  

• Proactively manage client expectations, SLAs, and service delivery outcomes.
  

Client Onboarding & Enablement

• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
  

• Conduct client training sessions on RCM workflows, platforms, and best practices to maximize adoption.
  

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor key RCM KPIs and financial metrics including AR days, denial rates, collections, and cash flow.
  

• Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across the revenue cycle.
  

• Recommend data -driven strategies to improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
  

Issue Resolution & Advocacy

• Address client escalations, concerns, and service issues promptly.
  

• Coordinate with operations, product, and leadership teams to drive timely resolution.
  

Client Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular account reviews, performance reports, and ROI insights to clients.
  

• Share industry trends, regulatory updates, and RCM best practices.
  

Renewals & Growth

• Drive contract renewals and support upsell/cross -sell of additional RCM services.
  

• Track and improve Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and product adoption metrics.
  

Voice of Customer

• Collect and analyze client feedback to support continuous service and product improvement.
