 Key Responsibilities

∙Handle international clients through calls and chat.

∙Explain company products, services, and processes using approved information.

∙Support client onboarding and account-opening processes.

∙Manage leads, follow-ups, and client information in CRM.

∙Build strong client relationships and resolve service queries.

∙Achieve assigned client acquisition and business targets.

∙Follow company policies and applicable compliance requirements.  

Requirements

∙Graduate / Freshers or experienced candidates.

∙Good communication skills in english

∙In-depth financial-market knowledge preferred.

∙Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

∙Self-motivated and target oriented.

∙Experience in same field preferred
