This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Application Specialist - Ultrasound based in India.
This role supports the successful adoption and use of ultrasound technologies across clinical environments.
You will help healthcare professionals understand product capabilities and apply them effectively in their workflows.
The position combines clinical knowledge, technical application support, customer engagement, and sales enablement.
You will demonstrate ultrasound solutions, troubleshoot application-related challenges, and contribute to customer satisfaction.
The role also involves maintaining knowledge resources, analyzing user feedback, and supporting performance reporting.
You will collaborate with both clinical and technical stakeholders while adapting to evolving healthcare technologies.

Accountabilities
- Support the documentation and tracking of clinical application usage, performance metrics, user feedback, and best practices.
- Demonstrate the ultrasound product portfolio to customers and help clinical users understand relevant features, workflows, and applications.
- Provide basic and advanced technical application support, troubleshooting issues and helping maintain reliable day-to-day operations.
- Assist with resolving application and workflow challenges efficiently while working within established procedures and escalation processes.
- Support sales teams through product demonstrations, clinical application training, and business-related product enablement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge bases, support materials, and other resources with current application information and recommended practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations covering application performance, utilization, customer feedback, and opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes.
- Stay current with new technologies, product features, clinical requirements, and application practices through ongoing training and professional development.
- Visit hospitals and customer sites as required, providing onsite support and building effective relationships with clinical and technical stakeholders.
- Handle varied clinical application tasks while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a strong customer-service orientation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering & Radiology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical applications, business development, clinical sales, sales support, or a comparable healthcare technology function.
- Practical understanding of ultrasound applications and the ability to confidently demonstrate ultrasound products to customers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and clinical concepts clearly to both healthcare professionals and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with a practical approach to resolving application challenges.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving clinical workflows, customer requirements, and product capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with sales, clinical, technical, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when maintaining documentation, reports, and knowledge resources.
- Willingness to travel, conduct hospital visits, and provide onsite customer support as required.
- Candidates based in Vijayawada are preferred, with flexibility to work in customer-facing and field environments.
