As a Clinical Applications Ancillary Analyst – Integration and Interoperability - Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on delivering consulting services to enhance operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze processes, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks, building a brand for yourself and opening doors to more opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Independently manages break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications. Handles moderately complex tickets and service requests, performs root cause analysis, and implements approved fixes. Supports upgrade and patch cycles, collaborates across application teams, and begins mentoring associates on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Provides peer support, begins mentoring associates on troubleshooting and operational workflows, and collaborates across modules. Works alongside and performs peer review for AC teams. Performs independent configuration changes, maintenance builds, and moderate troubleshooting for one or more Clinical Application areas. Executes approved change requests, validates system behavior post-change, and ensures accuracy of configuration against documented standards.
- Conducts structured shift handoffs with US-based teams, providing detailed status updates on open issues, pending changes, and items requiring onshore follow-up. Produces clear async documentation including ticket summaries and next-step recommendations for cross-timezone continuity. Helps refine handoff templates and escalation protocols.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating proficiency in Integration and Interoperability (HL7, DICOM, REST APIs)
- Solid knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows supported by Clinical Applications. Understands how system maintenance and configuration changes impact inpatient, ambulatory, and scheduling workflows.
