As a Clinical Applications Physician Analyst – Oncology (Varian ARIA) - Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. Driven by curiosity, you will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities
- Independently manages break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications. Handles moderately complex tickets and service requests, performs root cause analysis, and implements approved fixes. Supports upgrade and patch cycles, collaborates across application teams, and begins mentoring associates on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Provides peer support, begins mentoring associates on troubleshooting and operational workflows, and collaborates across modules. Works alongside and performs peer review for AC teams. Performs independent configuration changes, maintenance builds, and moderate troubleshooting for one or more Clinical Application areas. Executes approved change requests, validates system behavior post-change, and ensures accuracy of configuration against documented standards.
- Develops and maintains knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation. Provides training and ongoing support to end-users on system changes and known issues.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Solid knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows supported by Clinical Applications. Understands how system maintenance and configuration changes impact inpatient, ambulatory, and scheduling workflows. Conducts structured shift handoffs with US-based teams, providing detailed status updates on open issues, pending changes, and items requiring onshore follow-up. Produces clear async documentation including ticket summaries and next-step recommendations for cross-timezone continuity. Helps refine handoff templates and escalation protocols.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oncology (Varian ARIA) OR dialysis OR specialty clinics, Clinical workflows understanding, Vendor coordination, SQL familiarity (light)
- Demonstrating proficiency in automation solutions and emerging technologies
- Excelling in operational analysis and operations strategy
- Utilizing Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
- Applying lean process improvement techniques to enhance efficiency

- Work Shift timings - 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (US Eastern overlap)
