Clinicle Psychologist

• Conduct
  psychological assessments and evaluations using standardized tools
  
• Diagnose
  mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma -related disorders,
  etc.
  
• Provide
  individual, group, or family therapy sessions
  
• Develop
  personalized treatment and intervention plans
  
• Offer
  counseling and crisis intervention support
  
• Maintain
  confidential client records and documentation
  
• Work closely
  with multidisciplinary teams (District mental health doctors and team, social
  workers, educators, etc.)
  
• Provide psych
  education to clients, their families, and community groups
  
• Support / refer
  rehabilitation and behavior modification programs
  
• Participate
  in awareness programs, outreach, and mental health campaigns (especially in NGOs
  settings)
  
• Monitor and
  evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  

Requirements

• Master’s
  Degree or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (preferred)
  
• Valid
  license/registration (as per country regulations, e.g. RCI in India)
  
• Strong
  understanding of psychological theories and therapeutic techniques
  
• Excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to
  handle sensitive and confidential information, work independently.
  
• Experience
  working with diverse populations (children, adults, persons with disabilities,
  etc.)
  
• Ability to
  work independently and as part of a team
  
• Experience
  working in community -based rehabilitation programs
  
• Exposure to
  disability, child development, or mental health programs
  
• Ability to
  work in rural or underserved communities
  
• Knowledge of
  local language and cultural sensitivity
  
• May involve
  field visits, home visits, and community outreach programs
