Job Description - Cloud Delivery Project Manager.

We are looking for full time Cloud Delivery Project Manager, who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization from the initial conception through to completion.

Responsibilities

Work with several internal stakeholders, partners, as well as customers in delivering successful implementations and identifying and resolving business problems.

Be single point of contact to coordinate cloud solution deployment solutions.

Ability to create and maintain project plans for all stakeholders.

Provide timely problem resolution by identifying and coordinating required resources to resolve issue.

Ensure proper follow up throughout all aspects of implementation to ensure defined timing needs of the project are met.

Requirements

Project management work background

Strong organizational skills and administrative background in a fast-paced environment

Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving skills

Very detail-oriented with time management skills

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

A professional communicator with excellent telephone skills; must be fluent in written and spoken English

Strong work ethic and time management skills

Light travel may be required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience

PMP certification would be an asset.

Excellent customer support skills
