Cloud Email Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Engineer – Email & Cloud Services to support customer onboarding and email service implementation activities.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers after license creation, validating domains, configuring required DNS records, creating users, and providing access to employees. The role also includes supporting email service setup, migration coordination, and basic troubleshooting for platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, and other business email services.
The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of email services, domain/DNS management, and good communication skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

The candidate should have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, DNS records, domain validation, and email services. Freshers with good technical knowledge and communication skills can also apply.
