Job Description

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Expert-level hands-on experience with core services and architectures in AWS and Azure.
• In-depth knowledge and proven experience with DevOps principles and practices, or strong practical experience in an SRE role.
• Mandatory proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Required expertise in managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Demonstrable experience with GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Solid experience implementing and utilizing cloud observability tools such as DataDog, New Relic, or Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC/VNet, subnets, firewalls, load balancing, DNS).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with Zscaler security technologies (e.g., Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access) for securing cloud environments and user access.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
