This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cloud Labs Content Engineer in India.
This role sits at the intersection of networking expertise, cloud technologies, and technical enablement, focused on building impactful, customer-facing lab environments and demonstrations. You will design and develop scalable, reusable content such as proof-of-concepts, interactive labs, and solution showcases that highlight real-world use cases of advanced networking and cloud technologies. The position involves close collaboration with engineering, product, sales, and field teams to translate complex technical requirements into engaging learning and demonstration experiences. You will also contribute to agile project delivery, ensuring structured execution and continuous improvement of lab content. In addition, you will play a key role in enabling internal teams through workshops, training sessions, and technical presentations. This is a highly collaborative and innovation-driven environment where your work directly influences customer engagement and solution adoption across global markets.
Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain customer-facing demonstrations, labs, and proof-of-concepts aligned with real-world enterprise use cases.
- Develop scalable and reusable content for cloud lab environments showcasing networking, security, and infrastructure technologies.
- Translate business and technical requirements into structured lab experiences in collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Manage content development projects using agile methodologies, including sprint planning, tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for requirements gathering, scope alignment, and stakeholder communication.
- Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and “train-the-trainer” programs for field and sales engineering teams.
- Support continuous improvement of lab environments by incorporating customer feedback and optimizing content quality.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of lab deployments and demonstrations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in networking, systems engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in networking technologies including routing, switching, and security (e.g., SRX, MX, PTX, QFX, EX platforms).
- Solid understanding of SDN, NFV, and enterprise network architectures.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.
- Exposure to at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud).
- Proven experience building demos, proof-of-concepts, or technical lab environments.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging solution narratives.
- Familiarity with scripting or development tools (Python, Linux, web technologies, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
