We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Cloud Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in SaaS, cloud solutions, and managed services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, cloud technologies, and enterprise account management. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven ability to identify business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

As a Cloud Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding the company’s footprint in the cloud services market. You will partner with internal technical teams, product managers, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions that meet client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive revenue growth through SaaS sales, managed services, and software solutions.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise clients and expand business with existing accounts.
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and IT leaders.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their IT and cloud adoption journey, and positioning company offerings as value-driven solutions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive account management.
  • Solution Selling & Cloud Expertise:
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for cloud transformation, SaaS adoption, and managed IT services.
    • Stay updated with industry trends in cloud computing, SaaS products, and managed services to effectively position offerings.
    • Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Performance & Target Achievement:
    • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts, and sales reporting in CRM systems.
    • Monitor competitor offerings and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.
    • Work with delivery and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of client projects.
    • Provide market insights and customer feedback to product management for continuous improvement of offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in SaaS Sales, Software Sales, or Managed Services Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS platforms, managed IT services, and enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in IT or SaaS domain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience selling to BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or enterprise segments.
  • Exposure to cloud providers like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
