Job Title: Cloud Storage Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a Cloud Storage Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain large-scale storage solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. Hands-on experience with Ceph is mandatory. The ideal candidate also has experience with distributed storage systems, high-performance computing, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and optimize Ceph clusters storage solutions.
  
• Manage data center hardware clusters and ensure smooth operations.
  
• Implement storage replication, monitoring, and disaster recovery strategies.
  
• Automate storage management using Ansible, Terraform, and Rook.
  
• Write maintainable code in Python for tooling and automation.
  
• Integrate storage solutions with cloud platforms and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
  
• Troubleshoot complex storage and infrastructure issues at scale.
  
• Learn about new tools and deploy them
  

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Ceph (mandatory).
  
• Proficient in Python and automation scripting.
  
• Hands-on experience with Linux, cloud technologies, and containerization.
  
• Experience with capacity planning, replication, and disaster recovery.
  
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Rook or similar storage orchestration frameworks.
  
• Background in high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
