Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Cloudflare services, including CDN, DNS, and SSL/TLS configurations.


• Develop and implement strategies to enhance website security using Cloudflare features like WAF and DDoS protection.


• Monitor website performance and security metrics, identify issues, and drive improvements.


• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal configurations and troubleshooting.


• Conduct analysis and provide insights on traffic patterns and security threats.


• Maintain compliance with web security standards and best practices.


• Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics and security posture for stakeholders.


• Stay updated with the latest Cloudflare features and updates to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing Cloudflare services.


• Proven track record of improving web performance and security using Cloudflare.


• Strong understanding of DNS management, CDN technology, and web security principles.


• Experience with Cloudflare Workers and custom rules for performance and security.


• Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


• Knowledge of privacy regulations and their implications on web security.


• Experience in troubleshooting network and security issues effectively.

A plus if you have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus, but not required.


• Cloudflare certifications or related security certifications.


• Experience in a startup environment or with fast-growing digital companies.


• Familiarity with analytics tools for traffic analysis and reporting.


• Strong project management skills and ability to work within tight deadlines.

Work Environment

• Work from the office. Located in Delhi, India.


• Full-time schedule aligned with U.S. time zones.


• Enjoy twenty-two paid holidays each year (4 government plus 18 performance-based).


• Required to use time and task tracking software (Time Doctor) for productivity reporting; please ensure you're comfortable with this requirement.
