You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.Furthermore, we would like you to be able to say yes to the following:Team player who communicates well with all colleaguesPunctual, reliable and trustworthySense of urgencyYes, yes, yes mentalityCan do attitudeJob Summary- Greet and welcome all guests and members warmly at all times.- Receive calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries.- Responsible to answer the main line and sending calls in the right direction as needed.- Be well versed on all aspects of the Club, including all menus, and daily events.- Receptionists must keep the reception area, desk, and coat check clean at all times.- Take IRD orders.- Knowledge of IRD menus.- Perform Guest List duties on the floor level or Rooftop.- Assist with any guest related issues.- Converse with members and report any potential issues to their Manager.- Maintain a fun and energetic attitude at all times.- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.- Comply with all hotel policies, standards and local laws.- Any other tasks assigned by manager.
