Clubhouse Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of residential apartment clubhouses, including gymnasiums, swimming pools, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, recreational activities, housekeeping, maintenance, staff supervision, vendor coordination, resident complaints, facility bookings, event management, membership records, MIS reporting, safety compliance and ensuring excellent resident satisfaction.

? URGENT HIRING – CLUBHOUSE MANAGER

Required Skills & Eligibility:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Residential Apartment Facility Management is mandatory.
  

• Experience in clubhouse operations and management.
  

• Knowledge of gym, swimming pool and recreational facility management.
  

• Good communication and resident-handling skills.
  

• Staff and vendor coordination experience.
  

Salary: Based on experience and performance.
