Cluster / Franchise Manager

Role Purpose
Manage Amaron Assist franchisee operations in the assigned city, ensuring efficient service delivery, franchisee performance, revenue growth and adherence to defined processes.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage day-to-day franchisee operations, manpower and capacity to maximize
service fulfilment.
 Monitor job acceptance, allocation, execution and TAT; address delays and
operational issues.
 Drive franchisee revenue while ensuring adherence to approved pricing and service
processes.
 Monitor franchisee performance, service quality, costs and compliance through
regular reviews and audits.
 Ensure timely digital job updates, closure, customer confirmation and incident
reporting.
 Develop Franchisee SPOCs through training, guidance and regular performance
support.
 Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements in coordination with
the central team.

Candidate Profile
Experience in automotive service, franchise operations or field operations, with strong
team management, coordination, problem-solving and performance-management skills.
