What is this role really?

You’re the person who keeps a cluster of brands (4–5 clients) not just running, but growing, evolving, and doing better work every month.

You’ll be the go-to for clients, the bridge for the team, and the one who makes sure ideas don’t get lost in translation.

What will you be doing?

1.⁠ ⁠Be the main point of contact for your set of clients (aka the calm in the chaos)

2.⁠ ⁠Turn vague thoughts like “we need something fun” into clear, actionable briefs

3.⁠ ⁠Shape content strategy, what we say, how we say it, and why it matters

4.⁠ ⁠Work closely with copy, design, video, and performance teams to bring ideas to life

5.⁠ ⁠Make sure the work going out is something you’d actually be proud to put your name on

6.⁠ ⁠Spot opportunities for campaigns, moments, and growth before anyone asks
