Job Overview:
As a Cluster
Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties within our
organization.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Customer
Experience:
- Ensure
exceptional guest experiences at all cluster properties
- Innovate and
implement ideas to enhance guest experiences.
- Promptly
resolve any guest complaints or issues to maintain high levels of guest
satisfaction.
2. Staff
Management:
- Develop grooming
standards and establish disciplinary procedures for staff.
- Oversee
training programs for on -ground staff to enhance performance.
- Support hiring
of non -managerial staff.
3. Property
Maintenance:
- Customize and
implement Keekoo SOPs and systems to ensure each property is spectacular and
well -maintained.
4. Housekeeping Oversight:
- Manage and
execute the housekeeping roster to maintain cleanliness standards.
5. Vendor
Relations:
- Manage
relationships with vendors to optimize service and cost -efficiency.
6. Property
Operations:
- Work towards
achieving restaurant sales targets.
- Innovate and
suggest cost -saving ideas to minimize expenses.
- Monitor and
reduce wastage.
Qualifications
and Skills:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
(preferred).
- Proven experience in property or
hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and
communication skills.
- Ability to manage
multiple priorities and work under pressure.
