Key Responsibilities:

• Manage
  and oversee performance of multiple branches within the cluster
  
• Drive
  business growth by achieving sales and revenue targets
  
• Monitor
  branch operations, profitability, and productivity metrics
  
• Lead,
  mentor, and develop Branch Heads and their teams
  
• Ensure
  high standards of customer service and relationship management
  
• Oversee
  loan operations including disbursement, collections, and portfolio quality
  
• Ensure
  compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
  
• Identify
  market opportunities and implement expansion strategies
  

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualification:
  Degree / Postgraduate
  
• Experience:
  5+ years in Banks / Gold Loan NBFCs / Financial Institutions
  
• Proven
  experience in managing multiple branches or a cluster
  
• Strong
  leadership and team management skills
  
• Target -driven
  mindset with solid business acumen
  
• Excellent
  communication and problem -solving abilities
